i couldn't find anywhere to post on your Top Pic page so it's gonna go here. I was thinking about that "SOX" sign... and i figured it out. It's simple, somebody had made a sign to direct someone to their house. Last name being SOX i guess...?
Yeah, I did on purpose not to put a comment section for that page, I find it just makes to many different comments sections.
It's a good guess I totally didn't even consider that. The sign was in a park... although it could be someone's last name and they just had a party or something there. It wasn't there all winter either.
